Our Goal

Girls In Sports

Rae’s Hope volleyball programs start at Juanita Craft from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and at Bridge Builders from 4:40 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The overall goal for our girls is for them to become self-reliant, which can take many skills and years to accomplish. Rae’s Hope has invested time in engaging the girls from the beginning, bringing them together routinely, and demonstrating the strengths and benefits of our major values; Improvement, Accountability, Learning, Teamwork, and Belonging.

We’ve found that sports and fitness is a great place to start! For over 19 years, we’ve focused on volleyball as a cornerstone of the fitness pillar of Rae’s Hope’s balanced educational, social, and physical activities.

Once we pull individuals together and begin to build a sense of team, a sense of belonging, and a sense of reliance on one another, the foundations are laid to expand to the next logical steps of nutrition and then healthy living.
